 Chakras are like the different frequencies you tune to when you listen to the radio. Depending on where you put your  attention in day to day activities- the chakra activates and amplifies your experiences. A thorough understanding of each chakra and its location and the parts of the body it relates to will enable you to identify habitual areas of stress and tension. Understanding the nature of the subtle body with its koshas, shariras and nadi’s and the role of the chakras through a physical lens brings greater fluidity and strength to your daily practice.
