Moving with the Moon - English

Join Ana Davis, international senior yoga teacher and specialist in yoga for women’s health for a very special feminine yoga workshop
to welcome the full moon.

In this special Moving with the Moon workshop, Ana Davis introduces her uniquely feminine approach to yoga that honours the various phases of a woman’s cycle in concert with that of the moon.
The workshop will include a short talk by Ana introducing her Moving with the Moon, feel-good, feminine approach to yoga, as well as an opportunity to experience a beautiful feminine, flowing Full Moon Yoga Class with Ana.  We will finish with a powerful, heart-opening, Full Moon Meditation. 

What is Moving with the Moon?
Stop practising yoga like a man and start practising like a woman!
Moving with the Moon is Ana Davis’ unique approach to yoga that comes from her rich experience teaching and practising yoga over the last 25 years.  It’s a kind of yoga that recognise as women we need a more feminine approach to our practice that recognises the changing phases of a women’s monthly and life cycles in order to connect more deeply with our natural femininity, vitality and creativity.

This workshop is appropriate for all women – women who menstruate, who are trying to conceive, who would like a deeper connection with their bodies and their cycles, or who have transitioned into the wise woman phase of their lives -  Menopause. 

About Ana Davis

With 20 years teaching experience and over 25 years of personal yoga practice, Ana Davis is a well known yoga teacher and teacher trainer specializing in yoga for women’s health.  She is founder of Bliss Baby Yoga, a well-respected prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training organization offering courses across Australia and internationally. 
Since 2013, Ana also founded Moving with the Moon, which offers workshops and classes on yoga for the menstrual cycle, menopause and fertility.   She has recently released an e-book: “The Dark Moon – Nurturing Yoga for Healthy Menstruation”, which is an advanced chapter from her upcoming book, “Moving with the Moon – Nurturing Yoga, Movement and Meditation for Every Phase of your Menstrual Cycle”.
